Each personalized Forma Pets bowl is made to order — crafted with care, one at a time. Because of this, orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after purchase.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order heads out.

Shipping

• We currently ship across Canada and the U.S.

• Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays or high-volume periods.

• Forma Pets is not responsible for shipping delays once your order is in transit, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is made with attention and care, but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

• Because personalized pieces are made to order, we cannot accept general returns or cancellations once production begins.

• Forma Pets reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
